Provena Covenant Medical Center is a 210-bed comprehensive medical facility with a rich history in the Champaign-Urbana community and a legacy of advanced, compassionate care that stretches back over a century. Today, Provena Covenant Medical Center is one of east central Illinois' most advanced medical facilities, with a medical staff of over 250 physicians representing various areas of specialized care. Provena Covenant has the area's largest inpatient rehabilitation center, featuring facilities for physical, occupational and speech therapy. Provena is also home to the Human Motion Institute, the Provena Center for Healthy Aging, and the area's only Adult Behavioral Health Unit in a hospital setting. Its design incorporates a holistic approach to care, much like their state-of-the art Family Maternity Center that includes home-like birthing suites.
